Get rid of Gema music copyright fraudware (“Access to your computer was denied” redirect popup)

Gema virus generates a popup similar to the page of official website representing the organization dealing with music author rights in Germany.
The popup, as well as relevant virus, come from the labs of hackers who, of course, have nothing in common with the organization that, according to its own press-release, represents in Germany the copyright of more than 64,000 authors and related persons concerned.
The hackers are criminals who distribute the talkative virus in an attempt to scare user into parting with 50 Euro claiming the fee is a fine for violating the Copyright Law, namely & 106 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Remove fake Gema “Access to your computer was denied” popup as it is a misleading message produced by the program classified as a virus, which distribution is certainly a criminal offence that entails greater prosecution than storing tracks without ensuring they are properly copyrighted.
Please do not pay the so called penalty as that would lead to deletion a number of files the hackers would nominate at random as a content that does not comply with the copyright legislation.
