Removal of Malware Protection Warning (“… access to your computer is limited and all your important files has been decrypted with AES-256-KEY”) that sounds rather silly and awkward than scary

Malware Protection Warning (“… access to your computer is limited and all your important files has (sic!) been decrypted with AES-256-KEY”) - Windows blocker scares users into believing their abandoning computer security issues has caused illegal mass-mailing with their machines used as spam points.
Basically, the message describes itself as an offer of one hackers’ team to help you in rescuing your computer by paying USD or EURO 300 in exchange of regaining access to your files supposedly encrypted by web-criminals representing another hackers’ band. Besides, as the message states at its very beginning, you are sending spam containing dangerous polymorphic virus causing the same decryption attacks on recipient computers.
The tricky message draws the victim’s attention to the fact that 2000 US dollars are due to be paid to hackers who encrypt the files in the above way.
The message is a self-betraying scam as it confuses basic terms such as “encryption” and “decryption” (please see the titling caption referring to you files been decrypted while it had to actually say the files have been encrypted; besides, the crooks are obviously non-native speakers and not accurate persons as they confuse plural and singular use of the verb “to have” (“…files has been…”), as well as make other mistakes in their language.
That is, you need to get rid of Malware Protection Warning (“… access to your computer is limited and all your important files has been decrypted with AES-256-KEY”). The extermination would be a deletion of related locker virus.
